Tours

Each January, February, and early March, we offer group tours for parents of children who will be 2-5 years of age for the fall semester. Parent tours are conducted during the weekday mornings so that parents can observe a typical preschool day in our exciting, warm and nurturing program. Tour group sizes are limited, so it is necessary to have a reservation. Please complete the general interest form below to be invited for a group tour. If space is available throughout the school year, individual tours are scheduled to accommodate families who are seeking to enroll mid-year. Please complete the general interest form below to be contacted about openings now.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Children younger than 2 years of age

Most of the infant and toddler enrollment consists of siblings of current students. We do at times have openings in these programs and contact families from the waiting pool. If an opening occurs, a family is invited for an individual tour. Please complete the general interest form below to be contacted about openings in these programs.

Waiting Pool

Dunwoody Prep has a waiting pool rather than a waiting list. A waiting pool is not ranked in any way which differs from a traditional waiting list. If space becomes available in a certain age group, we use our waiting pool to create as cohesive a class as possible. We look at birthdate, gender, learning style, personality, and other variables that change year to year and age group to age group. Siblings of current and previous Dunwoody Prep students receive first priority. We are not able to predict the chances of ultimate acceptance; time in the waiting pool could take a few months, a few years, or just a few weeks. Please complete the general interest form below to be added to the waiting pool.
